Selling your home should not be a stressful ordeal.  I am here to walk you through the process and provide my expertise.  My goal is to help sell your home in the least amount of time possible and for the best price possible.

What I will do for you as your selling agent:

- Complete a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to see what homes in your area are selling for, as 
  well as, to see what your active competition will be when you put your house on the market.  We
  will discuss a realistic price for your house and complete a net sheet to see how much you will net
  after closing.

- After your house is listed, I will do the following things to promote the sale of your property:

        - Place a yard sign in the yard
        - Put brochures outside as well as inside your house
        - List it on the MLS system so all other realtors will be able to pull it up and send to their clients
        - List it on 23 websites for the general public to pull up
        - Arrange a Coldwell Banker tour of your property so other agents will be able to preview it 
           and promote it to their clients
        - Advertise in other printed publications such as The Real Estate Book, The Address (Sunday's 
          newspaper) and Waco Today
        - Send out Just Listed cards to let all your neighbors know that your house is for sale
          (sometimes your neighbors are your best advocates.  Everyone knows a friend or two they 
          would love to move in next door!)

- Once we get an offer on your property, I will continue to manage the sale by making sure the 
   necessary steps are taken to have a stress free, on time closing.
